Return policy
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as governed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a refund or exchange, provided you can supply proof of purchase. All items will be inspected upon return to confirm the issue.
You may exchange an item for another of the same or greater value within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Please note that we do not offer store credit or refunds for items of lesser value.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
